Mom B Well Welcomes You
A community, and a small shop of tools, for mothers navigating postpartum wellness, identity, and finding their way back to themselves.
Why This Exists?
One Word: Matrescene
Motherhood changes everything — your body, your mind, your work, your sense of who you are. Finding guidance that feels real and actionable, instead of generic, can be overwhelming.
Mom B Well exists to make that transition feel less alone. Here, you'll find:
A weekly community and newsletter for honest conversation about postpartum life
Practical, printable tools for the moments the newsletter can't cover on its own — maternity leave, the 4th trimester, everyday self-care
A space built by someone who's lived it — not a brand talking at you
New Moms & Postpartum Parents Support and guidance for planning maternity leave through the 4th trimester and beyond, from someone who's been there, with two under two.
Wellness & Health-Minded Moms Tips, routines, and inspiration for maintaining health, identity, and stepping into a new version of you.
Who This is For
Tools to Support You
The Sunday Soft Landing and Letters to My Daughters is where the community lives. The shop is where the tools live: printable guides made for the specific moments motherhood throws at you, when you need something practical in hand, not just something to read.
Maternity Leave Planner — organize the logistics of leave, plus a full section on emotional prep before postpartum hormones set in
The Postpartum Playbook — a 4th trimester self-care and mental health toolkit
Mom & Me Affirmation Cards — daily positive moments to share with your little one
"This maternity leave planner supports the natural 'countdown until baby' we innately have... I truly believe this will change your pregnancy and postpartum experience." — Melanie
"The perfect gift for you or for the new mom in your life." — Christan
Hi I’m Katelyn
I started MomBWell to help mothers feel supported, informed, and empowered, in postpartum, in self-care, and as their family’s center.
I've spent nearly 15 years in the wellness industry, and I've lived the 4th trimester twice, with two under two. This community is a mix of honest reflection, practical tools, and the strategies I wish someone had handed me.
